Credits are the currency used to generate images and videos. Different AI models and quality settings consume different amounts. Images start at 3 credits each, and the highest-quality output can cost up to 22 credits. Video is charged per second of output, from 3 to 208 credits per second depending on model and resolution.

They show the most you can get from a plan's monthly credits, so they're based on the lowest-cost option. The price per image and the images/month figure assume the lowest-cost image model at 3 credits per image. The videos/month figure assumes a ~5s clip with the lowest-cost video model at its lowest resolution, which is 18 credits per video. Higher resolutions, longer clips and other models use more credits, so your actual count will be lower. Images and videos share the same credits, so the counts can't be added together.

Every new account receives 8 credits on sign-up. Free credits expire 30 days after your account is created.

A subscription gives you a fresh credit allowance every month at a much lower price per credit, plus subscriber-only features: premium image models, private generations and copy protection.

Annual plans give you the same monthly credit allowance, renewed each month, at a discounted rate: Starter saves 20%, Pro saves 29%, Studio saves 20%. You're billed once per year. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid year.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Yes, once you've paid. After your first successful payment (any subscription or credit pack, not fully refunded), everything you generate can be used for client work, marketing and other business purposes, with no extra fees or royalties. This includes content made with free credits after that payment. Content generated before your first payment is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You can buy a one-time credit pack at any time (Mini Pack $9.9 / 640 credits, Standard Pack $19.9 / 1,360 credits, Large Pack $39.9 / 2,800 credits), with or without a subscription. The credits are added to your account right away. If you run out regularly, a subscription gives you more credits for the money.

The short answer? We don't handle it at all. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted names in the payment industry. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest and most rigorous security certification available. Here's how your data stays safe: Encrypted transmission — Both Stripe and Visiojoy enforce HTTPS connections, ensuring your payment data is encrypted during transit. No storage on our servers — Your credit card details never touch our systems. Payment information is sent directly to Stripe, where it's encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Token-based reference — Instead of storing sensitive data, Visiojoy receives a unique token from Stripe. We use this token to reference your payment method when processing future charges — your actual card details remain securely vaulted with Stripe.

No card? No problem. In addition to credit and debit cards, we support several alternative payment methods through Stripe, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Please note that availability varies by region — click the links above to check if these options are supported in your country.
