4. Generated Content Ownership and License

Content generated using Visiojoy belongs to you, subject to the following:
- Paid subscription users receive a license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes; free-tier users receive a license for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not claim copyright ownership over AI-generated content in jurisdictions where such content is not copyrightable
- You grant Visiojoy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your generated content and inputs for operating, maintaining, and improving the platform, and for promotional and marketing purposes
- Visiojoy currently processes all AI generation through third-party API providers and does not use your content to train its own AI models. If this changes in the future, we will notify users in advance and provide a meaningful opportunity to opt out before any such use begins
- You may not use generated content for illegal purposes

5. Acceptable Use
