1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

- Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Applies to subscription plans only (Lite, Plus, Max)
- Refund eligibility requires usage of less than 20% of allocated credits
- Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable (see Section 3)

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- 7-day refund window applies only to the first billing cycle
- No refunds for subscription renewals
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Unused credits at the end of a billing period do not roll over

2.2 Subscription Plan Changes
- Direct plan upgrades or downgrades are not currently supported
- To change plans, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a new plan after your billing cycle ends
- No prorated refunds are provided for plan changes

3. Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs are supplementary credits available for purchase by active subscribers:

- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable
- Credit pack credits expire at the end of your current subscription billing cycle
- Expired credits are not eligible for refunds
- Please ensure you understand the credit pack terms before purchasing

4. Refund Exclusions

No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

- If credit usage exceeds 20% of the purchased or allocated amount

5. Service Disruptions

- We may extend your subscription period or credit validity
- For major outages lasting more than 24 hours, service credits may be offered
- Refunds for service disruptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

9. Chargebacks
