Credits are the currency used to generate images and videos. Different AI models and quality settings consume different amounts. For example, a standard image costs 1–6 credits depending on model and resolution, while video generation costs 5 credits/second at 480p or 10 credits/second at 720p.

Every new account receives 6 credits upon sign-up, valid for 30 days. You can earn 2 additional credits per day for up to 7 consecutive days by checking in — bringing your total free credits to a maximum of 20. Free credits expire 30 days after your account is created.

Free credits expire 30 days after sign-up. Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle — unused credits do not roll over. Credits from the top-up pack ($9.9 / 280 credits) expire at the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual plans give you the same monthly credit allowance — renewed each month — at a discounted rate: Starter and Pro save ~20%, Studio saves ~15%. You're billed once per year. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid year.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Yes! All plans (including the Free tier) include a commercial license. You can use generated images and videos for personal projects, client work, marketing materials, and more — no additional fees or royalties.

If you run out of credits before your billing cycle ends, you can purchase a top-up pack ($9.9 / 280 credits). The credits are added to your account immediately. Note: top-up packs are available to paid subscribers only.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. All payments are encrypted and secure.

The short answer? We don't handle it at all. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted names in the payment industry. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest and most rigorous security certification available. Here's how your data stays safe: Encrypted transmission — Both Stripe and Visiojoy enforce HTTPS connections, ensuring your payment data is encrypted during transit. No storage on our servers — Your credit card details never touch our systems. Payment information is sent directly to Stripe, where it's encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Token-based reference — Instead of storing sensitive data, Visiojoy receives a unique token from Stripe. We use this token to reference your payment method when processing future charges — your actual card details remain securely vaulted with Stripe.

No card? No problem. In addition to credit and debit cards, we support several alternative payment methods through Stripe, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Please note that availability varies by region — click the links above to check if these options are supported in your country.
